WANTED!; a great Early Years or Key Stage 1 teacher to join our happy, successful and thriving school!
From April 2022 (or sooner if possible), we wish to appoint a full time teacher. The vacancy is temporary, to cover a maternity leave and will start in April 2022 and last for up to a year. We hope that the successful candidate will be skilled to work either in Early Years or Key Stage One. Ofsted came just before the first lockdown and declared us to be a ‘Good’ school. (Our school community already knew this, but we were pleased to have it rubber stamped).
As a class teacher you can expect that the class you teach will have a teaching assistant who will work alongside you supporting all aspects of teaching and learning. We enjoy spacious classrooms and grounds, and this year will include a focus on outdoor learning, led by our newly trained Forest Schools practitioner.
We would welcome applications from qualified teachers who can demonstrate excellent teaching and learning skills, a commitment to team and collaborative working and an innovative approach to education. In addition, we expect that the successful candidate will bring to our school, a warm nurturing personality and an understanding of families and children in our community.
