Endeavour Academy Trust is an inclusive and collaborative group of primary schools in North Bristol. There are currently four Endeavour schools: Henbury Court, Little Mead, Charlton Wood and Fonthill. All schools are geographically close and staff work together across the Trust to improve outcomes for all children in our family of schools. Our vision and values drive the way we work.
Our Offer to Staff
By far the most important resource we have at Endeavour is our staff. We recognise that the best way we can meet the needs of our children and families is to have highly trained and qualified staff. We strive to have a culture of Continual Professional Development where all staff are committed to self-development directed and supported by the Performance Management Policy. The Trust will support this through a comprehensive training and development offer working towards every member of staff achieving 100 hours of CPD each cycle – this could include direct training (internal and external), learning walks/school visits (within and outside of the Trust), peer to peer learning & support, coaching, mentoring and review and use of educational research.
As proof of our commitment to staff retention and development, we offer generous terms and conditions of employment, a positive working environment with supportive and friendly leadership, and encourage our staff to maintain a positive work-life balance.
- As a minimum, we offer the following benefits to all employees:
- Paid induction and training suited to the role;
- Tailored career progression through a performance management cycle for all staffing groups;
- Free tea, coffee and milk;
