Due to the growth and development of the school, Sheiling School has two exciting teacher vacancies. We are looking to appoint an outstanding teacher from a primary and secondary background and are happy to meet with FE teachers too.
We need a teacher who is committed and has experience of working with pupils who have special educational needs.
We are looking for a teacher who has high expectations for their pupils and will not let disability, disadvantage or challenging behaviour distract them from these high expectations.

We will provide full support in translating the requirements of the current Ofsted and local authority expectations in to the Waldorf-Steiner based method at the Sheiling School.
Relevant degree and enrolled in the relevant teaching qualification
Mainstream and Waldorf qualifications both considered
Experience of working with SEN pupils and pupils with challenging behaviour essential
Salary £21,600 - £35,400 per annum. Grading dependant on experience and qualification
40 hours a week, 8:30am-5pm, Mon- Fri
11 weeks paid holiday (which includes an allowance for bank holidays)
