Moortown Primary School (part of Sphere Federation) is looking for a full time class teacher to join our outstanding school, starting September 2021.

This position is temporary in the first instance, with a strong possibility that it will become permanent after the initial 12 months. Both KS1 and KS2 teachers are invited to apply as we'll be able to reorganise our team for the right person.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate motivation, enthusiasm, humour, and the innovation that we need as part of our strong and dynamic team. You'll be able to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as respond quickly to the changing needs of the school and/or individual children.

The post will involve working closely with other teachers across the phase and across our federation.
The position will be based at Moortown Primary, although the successful candidate will have a Sphere Federation contract, with the possibility of working at one of our other schools in the future (Scholes (Elmet) Primary; St James' CE Primary).

Shortlisting will take place week commencing Monday 19 April.
Interviews will be held during week commencing Monday 26 April.
