Communication & Resources Administrator – Reception. Permanent, Term time plus 30 hours
SALARY: Grade C point 4-6 £7,066 - £7,351

HOURS: 634.5 hours per annum typically 8.15am to 4.30 pm over 39 weeks plus an additional 30 hours pa for a limited amount of school holiday working and attendance at evening events during term time.
The successful candidate will provide ‘front of house’ and administrative support services for the school, ensuring positive first impressions for visitors and an efficient service to students, parents and staff. The role involves working collaboratively with a broad range of colleagues. Queen Elizabeth’s is a large School based across two campuses, the post holder will be required to work flexibly across both sites. Other duties will include first aid, staff, student and parental communications, photocopying, data input and supporting school events.
You will need to be a team player, well organised and with strong IT skills.
