Homefield College are seeking to recruit a Communication Support Administrator, this role will support and improve the college’s overall communication and support students to achieve and to develop their potential through the implementation of a range of collective and individual therapeutic and behavioural approaches.
The successful applicant will have experience of working with young adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. Level 2 in English, Maths and a Level 2 STLS qualification are essential, along with Level 3 in English and a subject specialism being desirable. You will also need to be confident in developing resources to support communication, be well organised and self-motivated, along with being flexible to meet the needs of the organisation.
