This role is offered on 26 hours per week, All Year Round
What we are looking for:
To be successful in the post, we are looking for a Compliance and Health and Safety Officer who is an agile thinker and able to learn, understand and apply relevant working processes. You will be able to identify and develop innovative solutions to problems and take an active part in the ongoing development of systems and processes. The post holder will be able to make quick, informed high quality decisions and will work closely across and within a number of Academies to provide expert support and guidance that positive impact on Health and Safety culture and the quality of experience of each of our pupils. Within the Corporate Services team, the post holder will join a team of two existing Compliance and Health and Safety Officers and our Health and Safety Manager. The Compliance and Health and Safety Officer will work with specific Academies (flexibility available to work with Academies in Bristol, South Gloucestershire or Weston-Super-Mare subject to discussion).

About the Cabot Learning Federation
The Cabot Learning Federation is a diverse Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) in the South West. We currently sponsor eight secondary academies and eight primary academies, an all through provision, Digitech Studio School and a discrete Post 16 provision and an alternative provision which consists of one primary and two secondary phases.
