We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our supportive and talented CLF Central Team. We are a diverse multi-academy trust, looking for professional and ambitious people, with a passion for transforming our students’ learning. The Cabot Learning Federation requires a Contracts Administrator who will be based centrally but will require travel across a variety of our Academy sites. This is a full time position working all year round, although working part time at 30 hours per week may also be considered.
What we are looking for:
The Contracts Administrator will provide a high-quality administrative service to support a number of Facilities Management contracts overseen by the Corporate Services Team.
Working to the Head of Projects and Estates they will ensure that records, processes and systems related to a number of facilities management contracts are followed, maintained accurately and up-to-date and will carry out data collection and simple analysis of management information related to these contracts in order to support CLF Central and Academies contract management and decision making. Attending and supporting contracts meetings and audits on different Academy sites will help to ensure the service provided through our contracts meets the needs of the students and staff they serve.

About the Cabot Learning Federation
