Course Advisor – Maternity cover until September 2020
£27,710 per annum
Student Services requires an enthusiastic and proactive individual to become part of an effective Student Support team. You will be expected to have excellent communication skills as you will provide Information Advice and Guidance to external customers and current students via phone and face-to-face, guiding them to the most appropriate course. You will also be required to provide effective careers advice as part of our National Careers Service contract.
You should have experience of working within an advice environment and have up-to-date knowledge of courses available in Further Education.
You will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office with effective monitoring skills and hold a relevant qualification in Careers Advice/IAG at level 4 diploma or above.
