Sports Coach and Cover Supervisor required for Parklands Educate Together
Our new school is expanding rapidly, with an increasing number of opportunities for those wishing to work with children. We are looking to appoint a Sports Coach and Cover Supervisor to undertake PE from years R to year 4 for three and a half days per week, plus additional cover for teachers during the week.
The successful candidate will lead PE provision for the school and organise clubs and activities for the children, liaising with other providers where necessary.
This role is crucial to our school, and in the future it is likely will expand further with a second member of staff to complement the role.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 3.30pm, plus Wednesday until 4.30 for staff meeting plus one other day until 5pm to run an extra-curricular sports club. There may also be further clubs added during the week and in school holidays. These will be paid as overtime to begin with.
The salary is ETAT Grade E which is £25,465 pro rata. Actual salary for 35 hours is £20,785.
