Hours – 40 hours per week term time 9.30 - 18.00, 40 hours during school holidays 7.45 - 4.15 or 9.30 - 18.00.

Salary Package – £16,500 - £21,000

What we require – a qualified, motivated, enthusiastic individual to plan and deliver a thorough arts and crafts activity program to children of primary school age. Top applicants will have extensive experience of working with children, have a friendly nature and be able to demonstrate a real creative flair.
Candidates will spend term-time planning for the busy holiday clubs and delivering after school club creative activities and workshops. They will be able use their own creative initiative when both delivering and planning, following a set programme involving a range of activities such as cooking, basic pottery, arts and technical crafts. The successful candidate will resource the current activity program and work to a budget. They will ensure the quality of the creative program running at each school we work.
A key part of this role is creative lesson planning, sourcing materials and equipment to produce an interesting and fun program
During holiday periods, the successful applicant will be able to deliver a fun, safe and organised creative programme incorporating all the of the games and activities mentioned above at one of our many settings across the region.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate good interpersonal skills, a well-presented appearance and a highly organised disposition. Previous experience of working with children in a creative capacity would be advantageous. The job holder will be required to deal with children, parents and teachers so will be expected to confidently represent the organisation positively and professionally at all times.
