The Leicestershire College is seeking an enthusiastic, conscientious CRM and E-portfolio Coordinator to join our busy Business Solution’s team on a fixed term contract until 31st July 2021.
The successful candidate will be assisting to develop the colleges CRM and E-portfolio systems to deliver a clear centralised process for managing all customer relationships across the college. The successful candidate will have experience of using CRM databases, have knowledge of GDPR and the ability to undertake CRM system administration including user support and training, implementing system upgrades, and deploying system developments.
As part of your role you will be working with other cross functional teams, such as: Business Development, Marketing and Communications and IT regarding CRM data Integration and compliance, in addition to working with third party support companies.
