Customer Relations Assistant (Bilingual)
To be the primary point of contact between NPTC Group of Colleges and its customers dealing efficiently with customer enquiries bilingually and providing an exceptional and responsive service.
Rate of pay: Scale 2, Points 14-16, £17,364 - £18,179 per annum.
Hours of Work: 37 hours per week (including occasional early mornings, evenings and weekends).
Contract: Full time, fixed term until 28 February 2021.
Location: NPTC Group of Colleges (initially based at Neath College).
Qualifications: Candidates must possess a level 2 qualification in Customer Service (or equivalent) and have relevant experience of working in a fast-paced customer service environment. You should hold a level 2 qualification in English and Maths (GCSE or equivalent) be IT literate equivalent to level 2 with working knowledge of MS Excel. Candidates must have the ability to speak, listen, read and write through the medium of Welsh at an advanced level.
