Customer Service Administrator
Salary: £16,630 - £16,968 per annum
Location: Taunton Campus
Distance learning within the Business Development is a fast paced and expanding department within the College. The core function of this role is to provide excellent customer service for the distance learning team, employer recruitment, and associated apprenticeship recruitment to those vacancies. Daily tasks will include providing an excellent level of customer service, liaising with key stakeholders and key employer accounts, liaising with the Marketing team to monitor and feedback on campaigns, to support other activities to drive the growth in these sectors of the College, attending events to promote the College offer, and managing and maintaining relevant systems.
To succeed in this role you will need to be well organised with a flexible approach to working, and be able to provide excellent customer service.
