Customer Services Officer - Usk Campus

Would you like the challenge of working in a lively and interesting environment dealing with students, staff and public enquiries?
Experience of working on reception operating a busy switchboard and dealing with customers and staff is essential. Duties are varied and you will require the ability to organise your workload in a multi task environment.
You will contribute to learner recruitment and retention targets by ensuring that all enquiries and applications are followed through to enrolment and learners are supported to remain on their courses through to the 56 day stage. To manage and develop the Customer Services team ensuring that they meet service standards and adhere to the agreed policies, processes and procedures relating to Learner Services and Reception, including financial and welfare support on campus.
Welsh language skills are essential. If not you will be required to make the commitment to learn to do this within two years. You will be fully supported by the College to do this.
