Court Moor School is a high-achieving 11-16 comprehensive school in Fleet with an intake of motivated and warm students. We have sky-high ambition for the school and this year are proud to be number one in Hampshire schools for the Basics measures and Attainment 8.
We are looking to appoint a confident, self-motivated individual, who possesses excellent attention to detail to be responsible for overseeing and maintaining SIMS database and a comprehensive range of administrative systems to meet the school’s data requirements whilst also coordinating internal and external (GCSE) examinations in compliance with JCQ regulations.
This senior administrative role offers the exciting chance to recruit, train and manage a team of invigilators and it provides a great opportunity for someone who thrives on logistical challenges and works well with a broad team of individuals. The post holder will also be required to line manage the Data and Examinations Assistant.
You should have good inter-personal and communication skills as this role will involve acting as the first point of contact for a range of stakeholders. You must be an enthusiastic team member, be meticulous about checking data such as examination entries. It’s a great opportunity if you enjoy using your own initiative and problem solving. Previous working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes is essential and previous SIMs experience would be an advantage, although training is available.
Should you wish to visit the school or talk to key staff prior to application then we would welcome the opportunity to meet you and show you around our school. If you would like to arrange an informal chat with Lindsey Hampton, Data and Examinations Officer, then please call the main school telephone number.
Please note: CV’s will not be accepted.
