Hours: 37 hours per week | Term Time plus 3 weeks

Salary: Grade 5–6, Points 11-18 (dependent on experience)

We are looking to appoint a skilled and experienced Data Manager to coordinate the use and development of data and reporting across our academy. You will be responsible for the development and improvement of the SIMS system, including providing training to staff, maintaining data and reports and developing strategies and protocols for data management to support student attainment and progress.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about the use of data to enhance the performance of the academy. You will have a clear understanding of how data can help to inform our strategy and be used to improve outcomes for our students. You should have experience of using SIMS, Microsoft office and Power Bi, presenting information to a wide range of audiences and communicating management information in reports.
We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with good attention to detail and the ability to complete work to a high standard. We require a team player with the ability to use initiative, look for solutions and take responsibility for their area of work.
