This role is newly created to support Xavier Catholic Education Trust fulfil their responsibility as a recently designated DfE Teaching School Hub and support development of data management structures across the Trust, Hub and partner organisation, Teach SouthEast.
The successful applicant will work closely with stakeholders to ensure accurate, efficient and timely flow of information to support decision making, funding submissions and focussed school level action.
Key deliverables include:
Collect, update, maintain and analyse information, data and records ensuring accuracy of information held, and produce routine and more complex reports as requested by senior staff or external agencies e.g.
- Analysis of delegate evaluations and presenting info to relevant department
- Teaching School Hub KPI monitoring and reporting
- Creating surveys to assess effectiveness of activities
Generation of school level database for Xavier Teaching School Hub and Teach SouthEast
- Recording key data for all schools in Teaching School Hub area
- Monitoring engagement levels and tracking activity
- Ensuring course delegates and trainee progress information is accurate.
Manage flow of data internally and externally e.g.
- Providing activity details to finance for invoice generation
- Work with Partnership Manager to identify opportunities to increase engagement of Teaching Hub Schools
Responsibility for data submission to external stakeholder reporting systems e.g. Lead Provider/DfE/Training management packages
Liaison with Business Manager to monitor grant funding projections vs results
Support in preparation of Department of Education and EFSA returns and audits across the provision.
Additional data focussed tasks to support Xavier Catholic Education Trust schools.

The Central team supports the schools across a wide spectrum of areas including Finance, HR, Estates, communication, Teaching & Learning and support for children with additional needs. The team are based at Salesian School in Chertsey and travel to the individual schools on a regular basis.
