Birmingham Metropolitan College (BMET) is seeking to appoint a Department Manager – Job Skills for our Commercial Services Directorate based at Matthew Boulton College.
The successful candidate will be expected to manage a team of Lecturers, Assessors, Recruitment Advisors and Support Roles to ensure teaching and learning outcomes meet the needs of our stakeholders and therefore meet or exceed planned targets.
The Department Manager role leads on the development of new curriculum development opportunities to meet the strategic direction of both the College and the West Midlands Combined Authority, effectively implementing the AEB to meet the regional skills agenda.
