Deputy headteacher-school improvement (temporary post)
Salary negotiable but will be commensurate with the successful candidate’s skills and experience
The Four Stones Multi Academy Trust is seeking to temporarily appoint a Deputy Headteacher-school improvement to join our School Improvement Team from 1st September 2021 until 31st August 2022. The successful candidate will be an experienced senior leader with:
a proven track record of outstanding classroom practice;
substantial and successful record as a senior leader of a secondary school achieving successful outcomes for students of all prior attainment;
the ability to improve, challenge and support colleagues;
drive and enthusiasm; and
the ethos of being uncompromising in the pursuit of high standards of student behaviour and achievement.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful candidate will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure via the Disclosure and Barring Service.
