Salary: Teacher £47,707 - £52,643 – salary within this pay range only, to be agreed at interview

Due to the promotion of our current Deputy to Headship, CCJ is ready to appoint a highly motivated and creative leader to join our strong team from January 2021 (or November 2020 if possible). The role is to work in close partnership with the Head to drive the strategic vision of the school, inspire children, parents, staff and the wider community and become a pivotal part of our strong team. The post is non class based although will include an element of class cover for some of the week as well as time to meet with and mentor other members of the team. The right person will be committed, organised and enthusiastic as well as passionate about teaching and learning in all its forms. This role is ideal for both an experienced Deputy looking to expand their experience in another setting but equally for someone new to the role who wants to become an empowered and strong senior leader.
