SALARY: Leadership Scale 9-13
The Governing Body of Nant Celyn Primary wish to appoint an outstanding Deputy Headteacher who has the vision, talent & commitment to further develop a successful and inclusive school.
Nant Celyn Primary School was built in 2010 on the outskirts of the popular town of Cwmbran.
The school provides a 21st Century Learning environment for up to 420 (4-11yrs), 52 FTE Nursery children and houses a Local Authority SNRB for Autism and a Regional SNRB for Hearing Impairment.
We are looking for a Deputy Headteacher with;
• A belief that all children can achieve and the drive to ensure that they reach their potential
• A clear understanding of excellent learning and teaching
• A clear vision for Curriculum for Wales 2022
• The knowledge and understanding required to achieve excellence
• Outstanding leadership & management skills
• A commitment to work collaboratively with all stakeholders
