The Governing Body of Catwg Primary wish to appoint an outstanding Deputy Headteacher who has the vision, talent & commitment to further develop a successful and inclusive school.
Catwg is situated in the village of Cadoxton, approximately two miles from the town of Neath.
The school provides a nurturing environment for 220 pupils aged 3-11, and includes a specialist provision for pupils with hearing impairment.
We are looking for a Deputy Head who has:
A belief that all children can achieve, and the drive to ensure that they reach their potential;
A clear understanding of excellent teaching and learning;
A clear vision for Curriculum for Wales 2022;
Outstanding leadership & management skills;
A commitment to work collaboratively with all stakeholders;
Enthusiasm, and is fully committed to school life.
