ISR Range L9 - L13 Salary £52,302 to £57,714
The Governors of our happy, successful school seek to appoint an ambitious, enthusiastic and innovative teacher with excellent management and interpersonal skills to assist the Headteacher in leading a team of dedicated teaching and support staff.
As a Deputy Headteacher, school leader or education professional you will have management experience with proven leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills. You will be committed to working in partnership with pupils, staff, parents, governors and the local community to provide an environment in which staff and pupils are supported in achieving their full potential.
In particular you should be:
- an outstanding practitioner committed to raising attainment and school improvement;
- passionate about education and has the commitment and drive to lead curriculum developments which enable all children to succeed in their learning;
- someone who has the necessary interpersonal and organisational skills to motivate and drive initiatives using the skills of the large staff team;
- someone with the personality, drive and enthusiasm to support the Headteacher and Governors in leading and managing the school.
