Our Deputy Headteachers work in close partnership to manage the day-to-day operation and smooth running of the School with the support of all other members of the Senior Management Team (SMT). Each member of the SMT has their own specific responsibilities and lead strategically in the area for which they are responsible. The successful candidate will be responsible for Inclusion, Safeguarding and Well-being, and lead strategically on pastoral care and student support. Their principle responsibilities will include overseeing all safeguarding and child protection issues, promoting the well-being and safety of all pupils, taking overall responsibility for the pastoral provision for all pupils and to ensure that policies, procedures, and protocols are properly understood and followed consistently. We shall appoint a leader who has vision and is not afraid of always looking for ways in which the School can improve. They will be an outstanding teacher, in any discipline, who can analyse educational developments, determine what is appropriate for our pupils and staff, and successfully implement change.
