Due to the promotion of our current Business Development Director within the College Group, we are looking to recruit a new Director to join the College’s Senior Management Team and to lead our dynamic and successful Business Development team.
The role involves overseeing apprenticeship and commercial growth and delivering our strategic plan through external stakeholder engagement. We are looking for an outward facing individual with a proven track record in income generation and effective business development activities. Someone who can evidence a strong understanding of current apprenticeship funding and quality requirements.
Our College delivers education and training to more than 12,000 students with an annual turnover of £36m. Our provision is diverse and includes broad provision at L1-L3, specialist land-based provision at our Lackham Campus and an expanding higher level offering under our University Centre status. Over the last twelve months, the College has seen considerable apprenticeship growth in line with the Local Enterprise Partnership priorities. We are part way through our a significant capital investment programme that will see our Salisbury and Lackham campuses upgraded and infrastructure refreshed.
