DIRECTOR OF STUDENT EXPERIENCE
Salary: £70,000 per annum

Due to retirement an exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced, knowledgeable and skilled Director of Student Experience to join our Senior Management Team.

You will play a central role in delivering strategy, policy and processes which enhance Truro and Penwith’s College ‘student life’ experience. Responsible for shaping the future direction of the following activities: Student Support, Learning Support, Safeguarding & Prevent, Marketing, and Admissions alongside significant curriculum responsibility. You will be fully involved in high level strategic decision making, curriculum planning and providing direction for the holistic pastoral provision for all students. The successful candidates will be committed to delivering outstanding and comprehensive services to our learners, developing strong links and partnerships with local authorities, schools, multi-agency support services, employers and parents and striving to enhance the learner experience.
If you are an innovative and inspirational leader with experience of managing a multi-disciplinary management team, with a strong safeguarding background and passion for providing a professional, innovative and responsive culture of support and development of students in line with the mission, vision and values of the College then we would very much like to hear from you.
