A highly competitive salary linked to enrolments, marking and with additional bonus payments from supporting key milestones for learners with a potential to earn up to £1,800 per month before tax providing all targets with an average of 16 learners/sign up are met each month.
We have an exciting opportunity for several new recruits to join our busy team of Health and Social Care course Assessors. We deliver these courses as blended learning style of education in which students learn in their own time as well as traditional face-to-face support as needed. You will also be expected to come into the college for standardisation meeting and EQA visits as and when required.
About the Role:
The purpose of our Assessor roles are to help people across the South West gain vital career qualifications through training. We need you to help our Learners through marking and assessing their paper workbooks and by motivating them to progress to course completion.
Support from colleagues at the College campus is included and we’ll provide you with all of the induction and marketing materials you’ll need to grow your own client group.
The roles enable self-directed hours and are mostly home based, requiring you to identify and engage your own clients, then see them face-to-face to assist them to progress their coursework.
In this role you’ll:
- Be confident to market opportunities for development to grow a client group of students (locally or nationally based), who you’ll support securely through their training programmes with the College
- Have a Level 3 Health and Social care qualification
- Ideally have prior experience of delivering distance learning packages, but training can be provided,
- and have the motivation and tenacity to work with a range of learners of all ages and abilities
