DUAL ROLE CARE ASSISTANT (Residential, day care and education settings)
Starting Salary: NJC Grade 3, Scale point 4-6 – Salary from £18,933 to £19,698 per annum pro rata

Tuesday: 07:15 – 16:00
Wednesday: 07:15 – 16:00
Thursday: 07:15 – 16:00 30 Hours and 15 Minutes a week

Applications are invited for the position of a Dual Role Care Assistant to work term time only (with an additional week for in-service training).
We are open every weekday and alternate weekends during term time, therefore if the advertised hours include Friday evenings and weekends these will be alternate weeks only. We are open up to 19 weekends per year.
St Rose's provision is from 2 to 25 years; a nursery, a non-maintained residential special school for students from 5 to 19 and St Martin’s an independent residential specialist college for students from 19 to 25. Our students have physical and sensory disabilities, learning and communication difficulties and complex health needs.
We are looking for a committed Dual Role Care Assistant to support students in our residential, education and care settings. Providing personal care, assisting with eating and drinking, and moving and handling are all important aspects of this role. A level 3 qualification in health and social care is required, if you do not already have this qualification you can commence on the start of your employment with us.
