Early Years Class Teacher – Nursery
Salary: MPR/UPR (dependent on experience)

The Governing Body of St Francis of Assisi Catholic Primary School are seeking to appoint a temporary, creative, exemplary classroom practitioner to join our team in Nursery class.
This post would suit a full-time or a part-time candidate. Please make your preference clear in your application.
This is a temporary contract, for 2 terms in the first instance, due to maternity.
We are looking for a teacher who:
• Is an excellent and innovative teacher
• Demonstrates of good understanding of how children learn
• Uses a variety of teaching strategies to ensure pupils are challenged and inspired
• Has a good knowledge of Early Years and Developmental Matters
• Is reflective and self-evaluative
• Has a good understanding of Assessment for Learning
• Works supportively with colleagues
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of our Nursery and our drive to achieve Early Years excellence.
