Thank you for your interest in this vacancy. Do you have experience of, and enthusiasm for, working with children in Nursery and/or Reception? We want to appoint a well-qualified and experienced Early Years Educator (EYE) to join our team.

The successful candidate will:
Be passionate about improving children’s’ outcomes
Be able to work as part of a team to identify and plan the support needed to address issues and prevent problems from escalating
Be good at establishing positive and constructive relationships with pupils and families
Have flexibility, resilience, adaptability and commitment to work as part of a team
Be a great communicator with good interpersonal skills
Have experience of maintaining accurate and up-to-date observations
An enthusiastic and highly skilled team of adults
