In September 2019 Badbury Park Primary School opened its doors and welcomed our first Reception class; since then, we have never looked back! We now have a thriving Nursery, two Reception classes, three key stage 1 classes and this year we open our Key Stage 2 provision.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, outdoor loving and experienced Reception Class Teaching Assistant to join our friendly team; we are a happy, supportive group where everyone works hard to give the best education possible to the children. We are passionate about Forest School, outdoor learning, loose part play and the use of natural authentic resources.

The hours of work will be Monday to Friday from 8.45-3.00 in our Reception class. This will be term time plus training days.
The successful applicant will:
• Be fun, creative and enthusiastic with a love for outdoor learning
• Have experience in an excellent Early Years setting or Reception Class
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with pupils, parents and other staff
• Be innovative and flexible, yet rigorous with an eye for detail
• Be passionate about inclusive practice and play based learning
• Be adaptable to support the growth of our new school
• Have excellent organisational and time management
• Enjoy working outside

Salary: NJC pay scale K1-7 depending on experience
