Post: Early Years Practitioner
Start Date: Wednesday 1st September 2021
Salary: Bristol Grade 9, Bristol Grade Scale Point 17 to 21 (NJC Spinal column 19-23) (£25,481 to 27,741 per annum, pro-rata), beginning Scale Point on 17. Actual, pro-rated starting salary of £20,987.
Contract: 35 hours per week, over 5 days, with working hours of 08.00am until 3.30pm with a ½ hour break. Term time only plus 5 Inset days. Fixed Term contract for 1 year for maternity cover from 01/09/2021 to 31/08/2021, subject to early return of the substantive post holder from maternity leave.

We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified and experienced Early Years Practitioner of the highest calibre who is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for young children. This is an exciting opportunity to join our highly skilled, fabulous Early Years team.
The successful applicant will be a highly motivated, caring individual who shows commitment, reliability and patience, and who, whilst working under the direction of the Early Years Teacher, has the flexibility and confidence to use their initiative and work on their own. They will also ideally have experience of effectively developing oracy with reception children, and a good knowledge of the new EYFS framework.
