We are looking for an Early Years Teaching Assistant to help our children in Early Years/Foundation stage. The role is varied and challenging, and we are looking for an adaptable, flexible and resourceful individual who puts the children at the centre of everything they do.
Hours would be 8.30am - 3pm daily, with an additional hour each week to run an after school club.
We are a vibrant, popular school with over 700 children on roll aged from 2 - 11 years, and a Special Resourced Provision for SLCN. We have been graded 'good' by Ofsted, and are looking for an excellent practitioner to help us progress and continue to achieve the best possible outcomes for all our children.
This position will involve some 1:1 support for children with SEN.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, and be able to demonstrate consistently high standards. They will have a clear understanding of how children learn most effectively, be a team player with good interpersonal skills, and be committed to high standards of behaviour and achievement.
