Lecturer in Electrical Installation
Salary range: Grade 3B - 4A, SCP 26 - 38, £26,661 - £34,653* per annum + market supplement
* This post will attract a market supplement in addition to the above basic salary, reflective of such posts being hard to recruit to.

The College are looking for an individual with experience within the specialist area who wishes to develop their skills in the education sector. You will work as part of the Electrical department, providing technical and practical skills using your industrial expertise.
The successful applicant will join a team that plans, implements and delivers Construction, Engineering, Construction Technical (design, operations management and civils for technicians), Construction Operations and Welding programmes. This will be across Level 2 and Level 3 provision.
Key tasks of the post, will include the coordination, design, delivery and development of a programme(s) of study up to Level 3 for groups of learner. Working with the Head of Learning, PQL and other Lecturers, you will be developing best practice in learning, teaching and assessment, ensuring standardisation and continuity for learners
You will possess recent and relevant vocational experience within the electrical installation sector, have sound knowledge of developments within the electrical installation sector, be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to plan and prioritise.
