Emotional Literacy Support Assistant - ELSA
We are looking for an exceptional member of support staff to join our growing team. We are looking to appoint a candidate with the correct training and experience; however, it is also essential to recruit the right person who can fit into our team, with the right skills and attributes.
We are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant who will fulfil the role of Emotional Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA) within our main school. The post is being advertised as a Grade 7 Teaching Assistant for 30 hours per week (8.30am to 3.30pm) term time only. The post will initially be for twelve months, with the potential to be made permanent.
Our children’s well-being is at the heart of everything we do at Woodcote. We want to continue to grow and develop our team with excellent staff to help our children grow and develop socially and emotionally, as well as academically.
