West London College (WLC) is looking for a skilled and industry experienced Digital Lecturers and Employability Skills Lecturers to join the college in delivering an excellent service. This role will deliver a range of digital & employability skills courses for adults and young people as part of the College’s training offer for job seekers. Supporting the curriculum development of the course, the postholder will participate in and contribute to course evaluation and review. The role is part of the College’s employability delivery team with a focus on improving the digital skills for adults, including the Essential Digital Skills Qualification (EDSQ)
The successful applicant will be an experienced educator with a passion for delivering student success and driven to deliver continuous improvement. You will have a demonstrable track record in delivering innovative and creative teaching and learning and an up to date in depth knowledge of curriculum delivery. An enthusiasm for teaching to a range of students with varying abilities.
Evidence of developing and implementing new programmes, courses or projects
Full teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one
A proven record of consistently delivering outstanding training to diverse groups
Co-ordination experience or skills indicating capability
Strong evidence of working within and enabling excellent team work
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Tenure: Fixed Term and Hourly Paid opportunitites
Salary: Lecturer Pay Range £28,312 - £39,017
