About the role:

You will be providing support to Careers and Employability Team. The role will include engaging with learners, external agencies and curriculum areas to support the preparation and delivery of employability and progression activities. Assisting the Employability and Progression Lead you will be running and coordinate events and activities; apprenticeships events, industry insights, employability/skills workshops, employer-led masterclasses, internships programmes.
You will be a team player; well-organised and highly motivated; confident, articulate, with strong presentation skills; and passionate about improving the life chances of young people. Excellent administration, presentation and communication skills. The ability to think creatively and problem solve, to plan, prepare and coordinate events/activities. Due to the nature of the college work, the successful candidate will also be required to hold a current and acceptable enhanced DBS check, or be willing to undertake one.

Westminster Kingsway College is a further education college in central London with centres in Camden and Westminster. It offers a huge array of academic and vocational courses for 16-18 year olds and adult learners, such as A-Levels, BTECs, Apprenticeships, Foundation Degrees, Access to Higher Education, employability training and short courses.
