An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and self-motivated Programme Coordinator to join our Apprenticeships and Traineeships programme within our Lifestyle and Works team.
The 3 Ships are Mencap’s education based programmes for supporting people with a learning disability to move closer to the job market and gain employment. The 3 Ships are Supported Internships, Traineeships and Apprenticeships.
The successful candidate will lead and manage Tutors and Caseworkers for Traineeships Programme around Rugby, Corby and Peterborough area, to support delivery of the programme. They will ensure that all the programmes within their portfolio are delivered to the agreed curriculum, frameworks and methodology and ensure they meet internal and external standards for quality and impact. This includes Ofsted and ESFA criteria.

This position is full time permanent, 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday. This role is a homebased position with travel in and around the Northamptonshire and Peterborough area.
