£20,021 - £39,401 (dependent on Experience & Qualifications)
With a College priority in developing English skills of our learners, we have significantly invested in our new Skills Team. We are recruiting a number of positions in readiness for the new academic year.

Our college has high expectations in the quality of teaching, learning and assessment, working with a dedicated team of specialist teachers.
If you are an English teacher, we are keen to hear from you. You should be a qualified English teacher and have experience in teaching GCSE and/or Essential Skills, including innovative strategies to engage learners to fulfil their full potential.
Very good organisational and communication skills are crucial to planning lessons to ensure successful outcomes within the delivery timeframe.
An understanding of quality assurance and assessment for learning is essential. An understanding of customer needs from various backgrounds would be an advantage for the successful candidate.
Applications may be submitted in Welsh and will not be treated less favourably than applications submitted in English.
The ability to use the Welsh language at basic level (or willingness to undertake training) is desirable.
