We have an exceptional opportunity for a Specialist ASD Lead Teacher to join our established Enhanced Learning Provision Team.
We are seeking to appoint an Experienced ASD Lead Teacher that has the appropriate qualifications and/or experience to join our team, supported by our Trust, GLF Schools.
As the Lead Teacher you will oversee the day to day provision within the ELP. The role provides the opportunity to support inclusive practice when students integrate into mainstream classes. As Lead Teacher you will prepare and support annual reviews for EHCP. The role will be supported by the Senior Leader for Inclusion and Behaviour (also the ELP SENDco).

• Has previous experience or has an exceptional understanding of SEND
• Has ASD / SLCN experience and additional professional development
• Has a good understanding of the SEN code of practice
• Has both an excellent understanding of pupil progress and a willingness to embrace change
• Is open to new approaches to learning and teaching
• Is an excellent team player

We are able to offer this role as either part-time (3 days) or full time role ( with up to two days of teaching). We will consider all applications included those applicants who are new to role and willing to complete the SENDco accreditation.
Salary: Competitive dependent on experience
