About the role:
The role is to establish and implement delivery of live European Social Fund (ESF) contracts, through collaborative working with curriculum, delivery and employer/partner engagement teams. To be responsible for fully achieving the contractual outputs and to the required high quality and compliance standards – delivering on time and to budget.
You will have a strong Managerial background both strategic and line management. You will have a sound background in working on ESF NEET contracts and be able to establish yourself within the teams effortlessly.
You ideally will hold a Level 4/5 Management qualification and hold Maths and English qualifications at a min of L2.
You will be able to communicate effectively at all levels both within our college network and with the ESFA.
