Contract Details: 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year
Actual Annual Salary: £22,012 - £22,684 pa
FTE Salary: £25,722 - £26,508 pa

In this role you will be required to deliver our wide range of vocational subjects plus English and Maths either on a 1:1 basis or in small groups. The learners on these programmes have complex social, emotional and learning differences and you will be required to develop bespoke programmes that lead to education and employment outcomes.
We would expect you to have experience of working with learners with learning differences and/or disabilities or those at risk of NEET. You should hold an understanding of learning styles and how to assess ability. You should be approachable with a non-judgemental attitude, together with a robust, empathetic and creative style that engages learners.
It is essential that you hold a full Level 5 Teaching Qualification (or be willing to work towards), along with a good range of GCSE including Maths and English at Grade 4 or above. Holding an ICT qualification at Level 2 or higher.
