This role will play a vital part in achieving the Colleges Mission and Vision as you will be supporting essential functions of the Examinations and MIS Teams which play a key role in accurate management of enrolment, funding and achievement data.
We are looking for a full time Examinations Officer to work across the College to deliver an excellent service, ensuring that all aspects of exams are conducted efficiently and in the best interests of the candidates. You will support College curriculum areas, work with awarding bodies, and fulfil learners’ expectations.
You must experience of data entry, using and maintaining an MIS system (or equivalent system), and be able to maintain accurate records. A working knowledge of registration, examination procedures, funding criteria and regulations is essential for this post.
The successful candidate will have good interpersonal skills and an ability to deal effectively with a wide range of people. A flexible approach to working hours is essential.
