Contract: Permanent, all year round
Hours: 37 per week, Monday to Friday (actual hours of work to be agreed). The post-holder will need to work the GCSE and A level results weeks and all key external and mock examination points.
Salary: Grade 7 (NJC 25 - 28), £29,577 - £32,234 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Exams and Data Manager at Winterbourne Academy.
The academy are offering a hybrid working model with the flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week. We would also consider a term time only plus additional weeks in the holiday contract (rather than all year round), for the right candidate.
Winterbourne Academy is a vibrant and highly successful academy in South Gloucestershire (on the outskirts of Bristol). It is the largest secondary school in the county and is part of the Olympus Academy Trust. The candidate will be directly responsible for the overall smooth running of internal and external examinations, ensuring that all related administration and preparation is undertaken. They will also support, lead, motivate and inspire the exams and data team and the successful candidate will be able to be directly involved in the appointment of an Exam and Data Administrator to the team.

The post-holder will have the ability to stay calm under pressure and create an environment that promotes positive communication, encourages team working and demonstrates flexibility.
