Salary: £69,031 - £79,167 per annum pro rata – salary within this pay range only, to be agreed at interview
This is a fixed term post until August 2023 pending an organisational review

We are looking for someone who:
• Is a dynamic leader and will explore and consider the vision and strategic direction for the future of the Federation
• Has vision and drive to further develop and embed high quality teaching and learning
• Has a proven track record of leading whole school strategic improvement
The Federation Board is very keen to hear from education leaders who have demonstrable experience of school improvement with a positive approach to SEND provision. We are known across Local Authorities as SEND positive and we wish to continue offering this provision.
The role is a part-time (three days per week) for a fixed term of two years. The Federation Board are keen to explore its current status and will require the new Executive Headteacher to consider the range of options available for the future of the Federation whilst putting the interests of its pupils and local community first.
Applicants with recent senior leadership, Ofsted, HMI or school improvement consultancy experience will be enthusiastically considered. The Federation Board is looking to recruit from a varied pool of candidates that bring with them particular skills and attributes.
