Thank you for your interest in the post of Executive Headteacher across Burbage Church of England Infant School & Burbage Junior School.
Our schools are three form entry across the board and set in the urban conurbation of Burbage in South West Leicestershire, which still retains its strong rural atmosphere and its village identity. We are equidistant between Leicester and Coventry with excellent transport links to Birmingham and other towns in the Midlands.
Both schools have a welcoming, friendly atmosphere that nurtures our pupils’ wellbeing and aspirations, preparing them for their future life. From the moment you walk into our schools you will find happy children and highly motivated staff.
The schools are in a strong position working collaboratively for the past four years. We are proud that both schools have unique styles, Burbage Infants is a Church of England controlled school and the Juniors is a Local Authority maintained school.
We are looking for a new Executive Headteacher to continue to develop our vision, mission and values across both sites through thoughtful oversight and leadership which both motivates and inspires the children, staff and parents alike.
Staff and Governors are committed to the schools and are keen to support a new Executive Headteacher with a wide range of skills and abilities.
If this role is of interest and you would like to discover more, we would strongly urge you to visit both our websites and our schools.
