We are seeking to appoint a committed and talented Executive Principal at our Bluecoat Meres Primary Academy.
As an Executive Principal the successful candidate will initially hold the dual roles of substantive Head of School at Bluecoat Meres Primary Academy whilst growing a hub of primary schools and academies in the Grantham area so that a mutually supportive network can be created. The post holder will be an integral part of the process of bringing in new schools into the Archway Learning Trust and building capacity in the area of primary growth. This is the first post of its kind at Archway and is critical to the development of our vision of a new cluster of schools and academies in Grantham.
Whilst employed to work predominantly at Bluecoat Meres Primary Academy in Grantham, there may be a requirement for the post holder to work across any of the sites that comprise Archway Learning Trust in accordance with the needs of the Trust.
