We have a lovely Foundation Stage Unit with a super team, who are keen to keep developing and improving. The unit is vibrant and spacious, we have invested heavily in high quality furniture from the Early Excellence Centre in Huddersfield.
This position will suit an experienced teacher with Foundation Stage and some leadership experience. High expectations, determination and a passion for making a difference to the life choices for inner city children are strong prerequisites of the post. Staff at Windmill are supported by a dedicated and experienced leadership team who put mentoring and coaching at the heart of their practice.
We are looking for a leader who:
• has high expectations of pupil progress;
• is passionate about early years education and developing a love of learning in children;
• has the skills to work collaboratively with a team of teachers and leaders;
• can build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents;
• has some leadership experience and shows great leadership potential;
• is willing to embrace or bring new ideas to the school;
• has a commitment to developing their own skills.
