Salary: MPS/UPS £27,600 -£41,604 plus TLR2b £4,782

The full job description and person specification is attached but key aspects of the role include:
Embedding the new Early Years Framework across the phase.
Full integration of Read Write Inc principles and practices within Reception.
Ensure children have a successful transition into BLC and from EYFS into Key Stage 1.
Contribute to the school’s long-term strategic improvement, particularly with regard to curriculum development.
Lead the EYFS team effectively and strategically to ensure the EYFS team are fully prepared for a successful Ofsted inspection (Section 5).
Be an outstanding teacher who is clearly focused on Early Years educational outcomes, and leads by example.
Effectively lead the EYFS team with a positive and resilient approach.
Work closely with Middle leadership and Senior Leadership teams.
Use data to support the performance and progression of all pupils.
Be fully committed to the all-thoroughness, values, ethos and children of Bridge Learning Campus.
Understand the benefits of effective parental relationships and be able to use appropriate technology.
